Forced to work on other work profile in horrible environment - SDE-2 Maveric Systems Employee Review

All cons based on my experience ---politics in single word---- 1) Horrible environment i see in entire my career surprisingly no actions taken by management 2) They will force to work on completely different work profile without any proper KT or training or without any help they expect results same day(in my case Java to jaggery js which i never heard) never worked in java in maveric ...this is never discussed during interview or while taking into project 3) management is horrible here they will not care about resource only they need work
