I couldn't see much of the Pros within the org. Listing down below which I had found in my experience. Employee Benefits, Learning Curve and Recruitment Process
Cons
The top most leadership folks doesn't have the proper people management skills due to which they never ever understand the issues of the employee. The just talk out of their mouth irrespective of how the other person take the words. No working hours. Its a 24hrs company irrespective of the project. No proper requirements. Whatever the recruitment team keeps you posted during the interviews is not true. One will know the reality once he/she is into the company.
