Too many lay offs and unprofessional leads/managers. - Anonymous employee Maveric Systems Employee Review

a) There were too many layoffs that are high ratio for a company which holds only 1000 employees tops. b)As far as I know lay off happened multiple times in a shorter span of time that is in 2016, 2018, 2020. Unbelievable! c) There were few Leads, Managers who would abuse you literally and use foul language. It was a total shock to me. If your work is not quality enough, they can show their anger in professional ways or they can take actions against you through the management in the right ways.
