1) Freedom at work 2) Open door culture 3) Very friendly and family environment at work 4) Employee benefits and learning

Cons

1) Company not investing in future technologies. Its just the same old UAT ( Manual) across majority of the clients 2) No Major Tier 1 client base. Its just relied on one bank which is too risky. 3) Same old politics- of course it is there every where...
