Completely dominated by individuals working for 8+ yrs. Maveric has just couple of big projects and since they have lost few of them , lay offs are the word of the day nowdays. About 80 including test engineers and managers have been laid off due to lack of projects. The company environment refuses to accept lateral joiners into the mid management roles. Most lateral hires of last few yrs have left in couple of yrs to fortune 500 companies. The company only believes in keeping it core happy. So unless your in it. It's no point. Annual revenue of 200 crores in 13 yrs is quite a poor performance but due to large base low paid engineers they have been able to keep healthy margins of 40 cr.
