Maverick has formed an amazing culture where all employees feel welcomed and truly consider the company as their second home. Departmental transfers, growth through advancement as well as leadership opportunities are all reasons to join Maverick. The company offers excellent benefits as well as an amazing work environment. Maverick offers remote positions as a method to attract and retain top talent. The employee in-office experience is one to truly be a part of, as Maverick's newly custom-built headquarters are located in Calabasas, CA.

Cons

The days go by fast, and the weeks go by faster. Employees are continuously busy with little downtime. This is not an environment for those who prefer to coast through the day.

Everyone was friendly and pretended to be very supportive until there were questions asked then I think I became the problem.

Cons

Released from position in less than a month while dealing with a natural disaster and training almost exclusively remotely. Through no fault of my own that I was made aware of by management.
