The management and all employees I work with are passionate about building a successful company and this energy makes it exciting to come into work every day. Maverick is a fun place to work is because there is always a fun themed (i.e. Hawaiian) party coming up. Maverick even celebrates Employee Appreciation Day. Maverick also has fun activities outside the office such as Bowling, picnics, an epic Christmas parties etc. We watched the Movie “Top Gun Maverick” in the theater together. No one is hovering over me while I do my job therefore I am not micromanaged and I am empowered to think outside the box to complete my work. If I need to report a technical issue of any kind, the issue is fixed immediately therefore I can do my work with little disruption. I am happy to be working in a renovated and beautiful building but remote work is also an option.

Everyone was friendly and pretended to be very supportive until there were questions asked then I think I became the problem.

Cons

Released from position in less than a month while dealing with a natural disaster and training almost exclusively remotely. Through no fault of my own that I was made aware of by management.
