      Pros

      Good culture. People are generally helpful and friendly. management is easy to get along with and not toxic. Work life balance is easy to achieve here. Projects are interesting and you get ship things that are used internally and externally.

      Cons

      Competence and excellence are not optimized for here. If you are ambitious, this is not the place for you. Dev ops is a bit of a mess and not tied to development teams optimally.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
