      Pros

      There is a benefits package available to employees at all levels. It seems to be pretty easy to get time off whenever I need it.

      Cons

      They have fairly low wages seemed to have only considered people for raises every few years. Sometimes there's a lot of people's personal drama there.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
