      Pros

      Competitive pay, great company to work for, they value your time off, great co-workers, the company listens to any/all issues.

      Cons

      Usually not enough employees, long shifts, customers can make you want to pull your hair out.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
