      Not a lot of stress if you follow company policy. You have a chance to win a lot of prizes for making sales numbers, good opportunity to move to different stores.

      Cons

      It is hard to move up the company ladder is some areas. Its about who you know and not as much about what you are doing.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
