      Pros

      Maverik has a strong fun culture that is all about adventure. They like to try new things.

      Cons

      It feels like a large corporation. Not as nimble as it used to be and there is some tradition of more tenured employees that slows innovation. Fair but not progressive with compensation.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
