Pros
Regulars that are cheerful are always fun to deal with. Having good co workers helps the crappy days pass by. The company FINALLY instituted the 'competitive pay' they advertised for years.
Cons
No overtime, so making any extra money is out of the question. You get told to clock out, but expected to help after. Store director plays favorites, picks and chooses battles, contradicts things you were told to or not to do a week prior. If you're not a favorite getting your PTO approved takes much longer than the favorites. People in the kitchen never wash their hands, don't wear gloves while making food. SD notified of this by other AGs, but nothing is done. People hired off the street for day/swing schedules while people who have been working there that have garbage schedules don't get the chance to take the open spots.
