#1 Despite claim of competitive pay, it's all minimum wage unless you happen to be management's favorite. #2. Despite a "schedule" being posted online weeks in advance, the truth is that even when fully staffed, management often wants to change your schedule and often with less than a day's notice and frequently with fewer than 8 hours notice. Posted schedules are a joke and not reliable, making it impossible to plan anything with less than a months notice and (if you're lucky) getting the time off request approved. (Even then they're likely to want you in anyway.) #3. It's difficult to have any faith in management when they outright admit lying, conveniently forget details of conversations, and generally work with you when it suits their personal best interests.
