Pros

Nothing good to say positive at all !!!

Cons

If your a member of management and you go to there “summit retreats” it’s basically an alcohol binge and party and an opportunity to hookup week . It’s also a week that if you need dirty on your employees they have that too and if your lucky enough to find out things that happed during that week you have leverage to get what you want in any position there .. they are a super shady company that doesn’t have their company together as far as polices in place in each store . Every store director doesn’t follow policy and procedure on anything . Non of the managers are written up for there walk thru with the district managers . And if they have a opening for a position forget applying for one because chances are one of there “many friends” coworkers they call them always get promoted or put in that slot if you there favorites. Lots of favoritism in the company from the base camp to district managers to store directors. Also they have this motto called the titanium rule to “ treat others better then they expect to be treated “ its full of bs through and through , all of the store directors put on a show for when the corporate employees come to the store to show them how much they “ value the employees. However when they leave it’s a complete joke as to when they are not there . It’s this is my store I’m running it how I see fit they call customers and employees all sorts of names behind there backs . Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion as a company . Also they have a policy of no working off the clock but I’ve even had to work off the clock plenty of times before I was a ranger when I was a manager.

Pros

Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

Cons

Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
