Pros
If you have a good manager that likes his/her job you should have a good experience in the work place. Can be a good job depending on the position you get.
Cons
A lot of the time the customers are pigs and leave messes all over the store and when you are busy it is hard to keep it clean, it is like taking care of three a year old. If the customers are rude to you all you can say back is "have a good day" then start helping the next customer. Upper management will not hesitate to terminate you for talking back. No matter how long you have worked for the company they will terminate you over the smallest of things. They will fire you over putting lettuce on a sandwich you bring form home, even though the lettuce is completely free! You don't get a single perk working for Maverik.
