      Pros

      Managers and overall culture were awesome and flexible with most situations. Work is easy to learn and maintain.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty terrible, not a livable wage in this location. No significant raises to current employees during COVID restrictions, but new employees were offered significantly more starting.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
