Violent Customers, Bad Management. - Graveyard Cashier Maverik Employee Review

I was brutally beaten by a customer and abandoned by management, I was denied workers comp or unemployment, they tried to get me to come back to work while my eye was still swollen shut. HR lied to my manager and said they had spoken to me (they had not) and told her "He said he's ready to come back to work" As of 2 weeks after writing this, their "We would like to discuss this with you" reply means nothing, as they have not responded to my email.
