They hire all customer support reps through a temp agency. Many of my coworkers are still temporary employees after one year. Have been there close to a year, no coaching, no clear path to becoming a permanent employee...
Also, the job is absolutely terrible! I've worked customer service for 20 years and this is the most emotionally taxing job I've ever had. They recently took the WFH option from us, no pay raises, no perks, two 10 minute breaks ( on the 6th floor of the office building, so that's not even time to go to the store downstairs)- no lunch break. Manager is out of touch. No one cares.
