Company says we don’t need heat when it’s reaching below 20° outside Last week was told we need to have bay doors open at 20° Flawed logic - torque lugnuts to 65ft lbs per the torque stick then immediately over torque to 80 with the blue stick The handbook says I should have 11 shirts and pants and I’m only given 6 with the mavis logo on them, tried to call hr about this, they transferred me to uniform people who said take it up with HR, also now no cleaning service which is stated in the employee handbook given to me, we do not have the cleaning service, now my washer is getting damaged and other clothes ruined.

Pros

Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

Cons

RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
