      Sign on bonus , benefits after 90 days and 401k I was told

      Cons

      Training could be better, they show you something and then expect you to remember exactly what you were just shown, some things take a little longer to learn and to keep doing over and over to get practice to get used to doing the tire job you’re supposed to be doing

      Pros

      Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

      Cons

      RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
