Pros

Managers at my store are great abd my fellow techs are great .

Cons

Alignment machine lift needs replacing. Other lifts need servicing. The pay is ridiculous especially for someone with experience. Benefit jeep getting increased every year but our pay stats the same and the d.m ate only allowed to give a 50 c2nt increase and you ask for that increase. Instead of a yearly review.

Being able to help ppl in need

Cons

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
