      Pros

      The usual employee discount. Easy job to get, just fog a mirror and they make you a manager.

      Cons

      If you enjoy having a know-nothing boss disrespecting you all the time while you rip off decent customers for crappy pay, this job is for you. Goodyear cards, alignments, brake and power steering flushes, baby, and if you fix a car accidentally, that's ok too.

      Pros

      Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

      Cons

      RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
