upper management is horrible, they micro manage everything and threaten your job everyday no matter how good you are doing, force you to force customers to buy some services they may not even need just to meet company requirement

Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
