Everything. There is nothing that I could ever say negative about the company. You get what to oh put in. If you put in 100%, you are going to have a prosperous career, full of opportunities. I started with Mavis 13 years ago, when I was 18 years old as a Tire technician, and I now am a regional manager. My family and I owe the company everything we have to Mavis. I started with the company as an entry level Tire technician. Now, I am able to provide a great life for my family. My wife is able to be a stay-at-home mom and raise our children. The last job application I filled out was when I came to Mavis, and I will never fill one out again. We truly are a company of opportunity. Our company motto is “treat others as you want to be treated”. I love this company and am proud to put my uniform on every day!
Cons
None. Too many people expect to be rewarded without putting in the effort. Does Mavis ask you to put 100% effort into your job? Yes.... but Mavis will give you 110% back. Hard work is well rewarded in our company
