Upper management is deceiving not only to its employees but to the customer, they sugar lies with smile and excuses. Dishonesty from sales team to the customers. Witnessed work being sold and not do or being done and not done right. Training new people to the industry the wrong way. Out right I’m just discussed with the way management handles the customers. You see all these reviews management ask for them . I’m and honest guy I have all really made plan to get away from Mavis
