Pros

Discounts on parts and tires. It's a job that hires anyone.

Cons

The hourly pay is nearly what you can make flipping burgers. The health benefits is basically a first aid kit because nothing is covered even though they rake 40 bucks a week off you. So don't get sick or you might as well mortgage your house. You are forced to work overtime. You will not get 2 days off together OR a day off on the weekend so kiss your relationship goodbye. The "bonus" system is laden with loopholes. Your shop supplies and issues come out of YOUR bonus pool. Management constantly tells you that you suck no matter if you make sales. They always find one logistic you're bad out Some assistant managers and coworkers are useless. They hire felons, drug addicts, gang members, and the like because they are so short staffed they need anyone with a pulse. This is not a job for hardworking people as you will find yourself busting your rear doing 2 people's jobs with no appreciation for doing it.

Pros

Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

Cons

RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
