Having to compete against your own company. There are 4 stores including my store within a 2 mile radius. It seems they expect the world to be built in a day. It’s rough when you have an appointment made by the call center and they show up at Mavis when your store is an STS tire. That store is not going to let the customer walk and lose money so instead I lose out. They need to advertise STS tire on the radio like they do for Mavis. The penny saver ad in newspapers is not enough. The stores still named STS are in my opinion not cherished like Mavis shops.
