      Pros

      Pay and and spiffs offered.

      Cons

      Hours, Sunday, Regional Directors are lazy, VPs are number crunchers and lack basic people skills. Leadership is a very loose term. I can say I’m a pig but if I don’t oink I’m not. Calling yourselves leadership does not make it so! Employees pushed to make positive reviews to fool those searching for a job. Few of these surveys are done at their own will.

      Pros

      Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

      Cons

      RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
