Tire deliveries were irregular, inaccurate, and usually excessive when they did arrive. Inventory levels were inaccurate as a result, and this directly lowered manager potential bonuses. Upper management is disconnected and doesn't seem to care about the associates. One store in a region generally puts out good work and cleans up other locations mistakes, also furthering the potential to make a bonus. Missed vacation because there was not staff to ever cover time off. Found out that people are told they fired nearly anyone who's quit, even with 2 week notice and exceptional work done.
