Management does not care about employees at all, they change the commission structure and lied to everyone about when it would go into effect. There was decent earning potential but now the work is too tedious for the pay. You will be sitting in a cubicle everyday for 9 hours taking nonstop phone calls, they will monitor the amount of time you take in the bathrooms and to get a cup of coffee, not the most sanitary environment which is why the entire office caught covid. If you have other options, take them.
