-benefits are dismal as far as coverage and expensive as far as deductibles and copays
-safe work practices are rarely enforced and/or followed
-management does not consider personal issues with employees important
-devoted employees are taken advantage of as far as working hours being extended and days off, breaks and lunches being denied
