      Easy job good benefits ability to move up is available

      Cons

      No work life balance, store managers required to open and close the store every day they are clocked in, crazy hours, if you’re not in a good store making bonuses your working 55-60 hours a week for minimum wage

      Pros

      Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

      Cons

      RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
