Pros

1. Great place to build hands-on experience in automotive repair and tire services, especially if you’re new to the industry. 2. Exposure to a wide range of auto services provides valuable skills that can be carried into other roles or future career growth. 3. Employee discounts on tires and auto services can be financially helpful.

Cons

1. Career growth opportunities for women may feel slower compared to male counterparts. 2. Compensation may not always reflect the amount of physical work and responsibility required. 3. Long hours and weekend shifts can make it challenging to maintain balance outside of work. 4. Some locations struggle with inclusivity, which can make the environment less supportive for female employees.

Pros

Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

Cons

RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
