1. I 've been in IT for 8 years and comparing the other companies I worked for, the CTO in Maxval is the best. He is good in what he does and encourages everyone to think and perform to their best of the abilities. He provides opportunities and guides us technically and available anytime to clarify our doubts. 2. The Induction and training will be provided by the experts who is very knowledgeable in IP Domain and help us to understand with simple examples. 3. The support to the employees during Covid-19 is fantastic despite the economic crisis. 4. Flexible timing 5. If one needs to learn and develop their technical skills and to know about the IP domain, then this is the right place to be.
Cons
1. Car parking is not provided to the people working in MaxVal except the Group heads. This is quite disappointing spending 100 bucks each day to park outside. 2. Need to have adequate space between each person in the working environment.
