      Cons

      Management is inconsistent, with limited people-management experience. Favoritism based on relationships appears to influence decisions more than performance. Heavy focus on targets often comes at the expense of employee well-being and fair evaluation.

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
