Pros
It pays reasonably and you can work from home/hybrid. Some of the people you get to assess are lovely and interesting.
Cons
Some management are vile snakes. You’re basically just a number. Some managers couldn’t care less about your mental health or physical health as long as you meet targets. Minimal break time most days, if you get one at all. Clinical support is sketchy at best.
