      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience in many different areas. My manager was open to letting me take on a variety of side projects and tasks.

      Cons

      Ongoing overtime was expected, so very poor work/life balance. Low salary, and even lower when you factor in all the unpaid OT.

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

      This company allows me to be who I am and gives me the freedom to learn the way I wanna learn

      Just basically that it’s corporate and there’s a chain of title
