Pros
The job itself is not hard but the people make it much more difficult than it needs to be. Getting a paycheck. I got promoted twice in a year because the job is that simple. Seriously, a well trained monkey could do it
Cons
If you hate your position you're screwed because you get locked in that position for 6 months before you can apply anywhere else in the company. Attendance/point system which makes it almost impossible to miss work for any reason. You literally need perfect attendance for a full month in order to get half a days worth of PTO. Feels like a daycare for adults and some of the employees act like middle schoolers. It feels extremely disorganized at times and unprofessionalism from management is just as frustrating as unprofessionalism from representatives. The pay system (5 business days after the 1st and 15th) is very inconvenient considering how much you're paid hourly the employees would be better off on a biweekly or weekly pay schedule.
