This review is not about its call center business, but about its IT operations "Maximus Federal" >> If you are working for a client and the project extension is delayed, you are not paid. What if all the employees resign, are they going to hire new ones and send as replacement, once the contract is awarded. >> Lay off immediately after a project is finished, unless the employee finds a suitable position at a different client / with in the organization in a short span. >> No health insurance for the first couple of months when you join this organization (No talented people would join here). All companies strive to take care of their employees, here it is the other way.
