The project manager provides little, if any, guidance. The process changes every day, and everyone is expected to "figure things out" for themselves. There is little, if any, training going on. Clinical Nurse Reviewers are exempt employees. They are expected to work well over 40 hours every week, and very often weekends. Constant threats to job security instead of positive reinforcement.
