HORRIBLE insurance for employees - it's expensive, high deductible and barely covers anything. The people running the project are not as knowledgeable as they want people to believe. They are not open with anything going on in the company - as if believing that if information is shared then power will be lost. If you are not part of the original "EC" crowd, then forget being any hopes of being promoted very highly. There is zero confidentiality, zero respect, and zero ethical behavior -- and combined it has created an extremely toxic environment that encourages morally questionably people.
