      Pros

      Not much, you get paid.

      Cons

      The work to life balance is rally bad if you are an employee. One Manager said he likes to hire people and pay them for 40 hours, then work them for 60. There is no job security at all. Employees or a contractors, they will get rid of you to save a buck. Maximus it truly a sweat shop.

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

      This company allows me to be who I am and gives me the freedom to learn the way I wanna learn

      Just basically that it’s corporate and there’s a chain of title
