      okay employer, reasonable practices, small organization but has potential but not growing fast enough. my boss is good but not sure of the rest

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

      This company allows me to be who I am and gives me the freedom to learn the way I wanna learn
