Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits, good money, pleasant co-workers and supervisors. Flexibility and freedom as well, in my position. Also have the feeling at the end of the day that regardless of any turmoil, I am ultimately helping people with their lives.
Cons
More communication is needed on the upper levels down to the lower workers. This also includes organization. The company obviously doesn't realize how much money and time it would save if it would review of how information is passed down through the levels and find some way to expedite this. Any issue that occurs between clientelle and employee is mostly due to miscommunication, of which is not the employee's error.
