      Pros

      The staff are highly committed and compassionate, and they also consistently support one another, creating an environment where help is always available when it’s needed. The students and families are truly incredible, and it is a privilege to be part of their journeys and growth. The clinical and educational support/expertise provide a strong foundation for both student success and professional development. I enjoy the people I work with and feel grateful to be part of a community that cares.

      opportunity to work with amazing clients who will brighten your day if you have a passion and understanding for this field and compassion for this population

      - Poor upper management - Lack of consistency across departments - Standards and operations vary depending on the person and are not consistent across all employees - Failure to take action against allegations of abuse - Lack of oversight - Abundance of unqualified staff being hired - Disregard for staff well-being and burn out risks
