Pros

Kind and caring people for the most part. Dedicated to the students with fair practices. As long as the supervisor is decent then the work conditions are also. Easy to find interesting positions within the company once there.

Cons

Students can injure the staff and usually at the worst time. The drive to work is difficult because of location. Upper management is detached from what worker bees go through . Compensation is not par with other companies. Health care cost is insane.

May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!

Cons

- Poor upper management - Lack of consistency across departments - Standards and operations vary depending on the person and are not consistent across all employees - Failure to take action against allegations of abuse - Lack of oversight - Abundance of unqualified staff being hired - Disregard for staff well-being and burn out risks
