Pros

Working with the individuals is one of the most fulfilling and uplifting things in the world and almost cancels out the copious amounts of stress from everything else.

Cons

While working with the individuals is highly rewarding, the poor management and terrible coworkers drag everything else down. Every part of the management needs improvement, from the lower side being so disconnected to the needs of both employees and individuals to the higher ups treating this company like a business. The needs of the individual should be the number one priority, not how much your company is being funded because individuals are attending the day centers.

Pros

May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!
