Pros

Pay, support, benefits are all there. Including all training as well as tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay, bonuses

Cons

There really isn't much. Sometimes working with staff who don't like the job can b difficult; however that is everywhere and those people don't last long.

Pros

May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!
