Pros

I enjoyed working with the clients and helping them to grow in daily living skills. Their smiles when they achieved new skills really made me feel that my job was so worthwhile. I was pleased with the families that I met and worked with. They were very appreciative of being able to witness their family member learning new skills.

Cons

The salary was average, but I had to drive may miles between the client's homes and the May only reimbursed us o.12 cents a mile and that didn't cover the cost of gas or wear and tear on my vehicle nor on my auto insurance. My client's homes could often by 30 miles apart. They were never in the same town. One client was in Quincy MA and the next client on the schedule was in Fall River MA. Scheduling was not up to us. It was dependent upon the client's availability

They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!
